What do you do when you have this great business plan but can't get funds to start no matter how hard you try?

What I suggest is to test this business idea no matter how small. Prove to yourself that people are willing to use or pay for what you’re building. If this works, then you stand a better chance at convincing investors.

I would also suggest looking at your friends and family members, they could provide that initial funds you need.
